Since
Jul 1996 the satellite seems without stabilization. It is constantly drifting
and from time to time, its orbit is adjusted. After Jun 1997 no adjustement
seems to be made, and the satellite is drifting West.
In June 1999 we learn the satellite is now loaned to Peacesat (PanPacific
Education and Communications Experiment by Satellite). Previously Peacesat used
Goes 2 and Goes 3
Transmits in VHF-, L- and S-band. It is equipped with a
Sarsat repeter
Heard on 1681.6 & 1694 MHz
